We provide a solution to the variegated demand of Bogie Hearth Furnace in the market by manufacturing and exporting the same. These furnaces are used in applications like pre-heating, hardening, tempering, annealing and normalizing of heavy components or components in bulk. The vertical bottom loading insulating door is provided in the furnace so as to facilitate the charging and discharging of material. The material is loaded on the bogie with the help of EOT crane or any mechanical device and the loaded bogie is pushed into the furnace over rails by means of an electro-mechanical rack and pinion or rope and drum type bogie drive mechanism
